I am so excited.
My dreams are unfolding right before my eyes.
Sure I originally expected for a real book (rather than an ebook) to be my first published book. but you know what- I'll take it.
I didn't expect my first book to be a "devotional" - but you know what- I think that is fine. :) I couldn't help my self while I was writing the 30 days of change challenge on my (old) blog to think that this could be published - granted I had some work to do to transform it to an eBook , verses blog posts. but totally worth it.
I am Still working on a book.like a real book verses a devotional. But for the past month or so I've been concentrating on this.
The devotional will be called "30 days of Change" - and it will be available on eBooks on amazon - so you can view it on kindle ... and smart phones and such. very exciting. :)
For now it will only be available on eBook. and I will have to see in the future about publishing it to a real book.
(its free to publish on amazon with an eBook... but there's a cost to publishing a real book.... )
Once I completely submit the content and information to amazon, it takes about a day for it to be available to purchase- I really do plan on uploading everything on Thursday- that way it can be available for purchase on Friday. Nov. 1. )
So - everything is written.. I've even designed the cover ... what am I going to be doing the next few days with it? - well - I'm doing some editing to make sure everything sounds good and I haven't missed anything.
I would like to ask for some prayers for this-
Please pray that this reaches people's hands who need to hear what is in the devotional.
Please pray that those who read the devotional, they will be changed by something in the book.
Please pray that as I am doing these last minute changes, that I see any mistakes and I am able to correct them.
Please be on the look out the next few days as I am preparing this and just please pass the word along that there will be a new book in town (and all over the world) that will be available for purchase by Friday (hopefully!)
