It's a strawberry-banana-peanut butter smoothie. yum. It is fairly filling. I drink it to replace a meal (usually either breakfast or lunch)
INGREDIENTS:
- FROZEN STRAWBERRIES (about 10-15 strawberries) ( non-frozen ones will be fine too.)
-1 BANANA
-1 tablespoon +/- PEANUT BUTTER
-about 1.5 - 2 cups of milk
trough it all in the blender until smooth.
pour into a glass
and enjoy that yumminess.
