I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas Time and made it through the New Years festivities :)
I was on vacation for about 10 days, and for the past 5 days or so, we've been 'recouping' from travel- meaning yard work for the hubby, housework for me, but mostly catching up on laundry & rest. It was a great time for us spending it with Steve's family. but there is nothing better than coming home to your own house, to your own bed, and begin to get back into your routine.
I know many people make the new year about new goals, resolutions and a chance to really change your lifestyle for the better.
I really dont set out to make these big changes normally sure, I want to change my eating habits (this year, Im really watching my sugar intake.) sure I'd love to have the real motivation to be extremely active and have a perfectly trimmed body. (but maybe I'll be better this year since my christmas gift from my husband this year was a bicycle!)
Of course I have some other monetary goals I'd love to work on, like saving some money,(for someone who really watches the money and how it's spent... I want to see what else I can do to really see where else we can save money.
there is other things that I work on too, like making sure I set aside some really really good time with God every day. and really study the Bible.
I have Big Goals that I'd LOVE to accomplish this year like getting a real publisher and writing another book.
I'd love to really help someone with their faith and really be there for someone who is struggling with their faith.
My encouragement for you is: have goals this year, and strive to accomplish them!
We can do it. Let's see what we can accomplish in 2014! :)
